These sessions have been developed over many years of experience of facilitating workshops
and groups. They differ from traditional therapy in that we also
address what's happening in our body, with an element of talking and
sharing. The mind is often engaged while the body ignored, but the
body can tell us so much about what's going on internally, which
often holds the key to our wellbeing. I have guided many of these
sessions and had some powerful results, with clients transforming
issues they may have been struggling with for years.
An outline of a a typical session - 60 mins
*Tell
me- Lets spend some time talking and exploring how you are &
what needs attention. *Let
your body talk – moving, embodying and expressing some of those
internal places to music, giving space, following & being guided
by your body. *Lets
ground- let your pen express what's in your heart through a
stream of consciousness writing.
*Lets
evaluate and share- delving into the possible meaning and
personal insights you have gained, listening to the deep whispers
from within. Taking steps towards your healing process.
I recommend committing to four sessions as then we can work more
deeply on an issue & see real progress.
I offer a free chat
of up to thirty minutes to see if these sessions are a fit for you.
Testimonials:
After several
sessions across several months, my movement map has led me to a place
in which I now feel a strong commitment to listening to my body,
knowing I can now truly trust my body to be the perfect vehicle for
my soul. For a woman in this world trusting my body completely is a
gift beyond any I could imagine and I am deeply grateful to Rebecca
for being on this journey with me.

Rebecca
supports the client to embrace their Inner Knowing . She taps into
the client’s narrative and brings forth their innate insights. She
fuses together a blend of authentic movement, expression through the
written word, poetry, drawing, sounding and music. I truly believe
through four sessions with her she helped me to excavate my own
being.
