Dancing in Your Heart's Space



When we are disconnected from our hearts we are left without the vital flavours and
colours, the zest to live to our full potential. Softening and opening our bodies allows
us to receive what we all need to nourish us, to give from the heart and truly celebrate
who we are. In this weekend course we will practice reconnecting and revelling in
our heart's space, exploring the roots of our passion through the media of dance,
authentic movement, writing & art, individual contemplation, partner and group work.
