Life Line Into the Labyrinth Connect to your root energy as Autumn merges into winter and take space to reflect on this season of endings and beginnings. Now is the time to plant and nurture seeds which will incubate as the nights draw in. In this weekend workshop we will explore inner and outer labyrinths, discovering guidance and finding our intention and future directions, using a rich blend of dance authentic movement, ritual, art, creative writing and improvisation. Life Line Life itself is Grace Creating the story of our lives, connecting to our dreams and bringing into the light the road we walk, run or dance along can help us to live more deeply. In this weekend workshop we will be creating and stepping into a hidden space, a place of discovery and nourishment where remembrance, healing, transformation and joy can be as natural as the breath we take! 'Life Line – The Sacred Journey' was my second London workshop with Dancing Inside Out. Reb and Fi have a great gift for welcoming their participants with warmth, informality and care and joining in to deliver, marvellously, “what it says on the tin”. Through music, movement, dance, improvisation, reflective enquiry and creative collage we each explored our own unique journey through life and were empathic and joyful witnesses for each other.
